These Terms govern your use of zukyfurniture.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Zuky Furniture (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and you receive a confirmation.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, HitPay (card / FPX). We do not store your full card details. Your order is fulfilled after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Delivery fees and lead times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & refunds

5. Warranty & liability

Products are described as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour, grain, or finish are inherent to handcrafted furniture and are not defects. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
