We deliver across Malaysia. Delivery fees and estimated lead times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

1. Delivery zones & fees

• West Malaysia (Semenanjung): flat fee of [RM 80], free for orders above [RM 3,000].
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): flat fee of [RM 220].

2. Lead times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within [X business days]. Estimated delivery is [X–X business days] for West Malaysia and [X–X business days] for East Malaysia. Made-to-order pieces take longer — the estimate is shown on the product page.

3. Delivery & inspection

Our courier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please inspect your item on arrival and report any damage within the window in our Refund & Returns Policy.
